Babies Room

A gentle beginning, shaped around your baby.

The Babies Room is a calm, nurturing place where trust comes first and each child can explore at their own pace.

What children experience

Music, movement, stories, sensory play, outdoor exploration and responsive individual and group experiences.

Routines and relationships

Educators work with families to follow each baby’s familiar feeding, sleep and care routines as closely as possible.

Learning and development

Touch, movement, natural materials, sounds and play support communication, coordination and curiosity.

Growing confidence

Consistent care, encouragement and familiar routines help babies feel secure enough to explore.

Toddlers Room

Curiosity in motion.

Toddlers learn through active play and exploration in an environment that supports growing communication, independence and confidence.

What children experience

Hands-on discovery, songs, stories, creative expression, conversation and active indoor and outdoor play.

Routines and relationships

Everyday routines become chances to practise self-help skills, while gentle guidance supports friendships, empathy and cooperation.

Learning and development

Open-ended materials, art, music, stories and construction invite language, thinking, imagination and problem-solving.

Growing confidence

Movement, climbing, balancing and meaningful choices help toddlers test their abilities and do more for themselves.

Kindergarten Room

Confident, capable and ready for the next stage.

A.C.E’s play-based Kindergarten program responds to children’s interests and development while building the skills and confidence they will carry forward.

Program available five days a week.

What children experience

Stories, creative expression, construction, movement and open-ended play that invites ideas, questions and shared discovery.

Routines and relationships

Familiar educators, predictable routines and time with peers support communication, cooperation and a secure sense of belonging.

Learning and development

Early literacy and numeracy, problem-solving, physical development and sustainability are explored through purposeful play.

Growing confidence

Independence, self-regulation, resilience and the ability to express ideas support children as they prepare for the next stage.

Kindergarten funding

Victorian Government Free Kinder fee offsets may apply at participating long day care services. Child Care Subsidy is generally applied first, followed by the applicable Free Kinder offset. Contact A.C.E directly for current program and fee information.
